To Experience the Life

My teacher gave me an assignment "experience life" last week. I had been thinking how to finish it because I had never done any thing by myself before.

Mother was out today. It was a good chance to complete the assignment. Seeing the barrel was empty, I decided to fetch water from the well.

I took the empty barrel and went towards the well outside the yard. It snowed yesterday, so the alley was very slippery. A layer of thickice was frozen on the platform of the well. I was frightened by the sight, but I gathered my courage to walk towards it.

The alley was so slippery that I walked with difficultly. Suddenly, I slipped and fell down, water in the barrel totally poured down on the ground. I stepped on the platform carefully. After standing steadily and squatting down slowly, I hooked the barrel at the end of the rope and put the rope down slowly. I made an effort to drag the barrel up after it was filled with water. I was very careful because it was easy to slip and fall. Then, I carried the barrel of water and returned to my house. My figners were frozen stiff. I realized my effort was in vain. I hated myself.

I failed to finish the assignment but I did experience life through a trifle which seemed easy but difficult to do well. Such was my first experience of life.

Thuesday Nov. 16, 2003 Fine

I took my school report and came back home cautiously only to find mother wasn’t at home. She went to my aunt’s and wou!d come back in the evcning. I knew that fi’om a note on the table. I was still a little bit frightened as if mother would come back suddenly.

Seeing the low marks on the school report and remcmbering mother’s cold face, I almost trembled with fear. lf mother know I got so low marks oa the subjects, especially English, she would tear all my cartoon books which are my fovourite. I have been treating them as my own life for a long time. But mother always thought cartoon perted my attention from study and had a bad effect on me. Frankly speaking, I had realized it. Mother hated those books. She had warned me if I got low marks once more she would get rid of them. I Still wanted to keep those books even if I would mever touch them from then on. What should I do? I knew that any persuation was in vain. I would prevent mother from doing that.

A good idea stroke me. I gathered all the books and put them in a box. Then, I hid the box under my bed. Having done it carefully, I had a breathing spell.

Opening the English book, I sat at the desk and began to read. It was really the time that I learned English carefully, I thought.

My mother is the person who has influenced me most.?

She is in her forties. She always listens to my problems patiently. And she advises me how to solve them. As a doctor, she often says she can’t be too careful. She often works extra hours. She has devoted most of her time to her work. So I think she is not only a good mother but also a good doctor.?

I hope I can be a person like her. I also hope she will pay more attention to her own health. She’d better have more time to relax herself.?

When I was a little girl,my mother usually tell me that I must be a good person.But how to be a good person?I cannot understand at that time.Howerver ,as I grow up every day,I become to know it.

In my opinion,to be a good person,frist of all,should be polite.If you behave polite,others want to make friends with you.Then ,you should be kind and warm-hearted,for these are the source of good person.When you give a hand to people ,they would feel you are really a good person,and you also can feel happy.

However,a good person has many good characters and abilities,so I cannot list them all speaking ,as long as you do good to others ,you are a good person.

this is the day of our graduation. today marks the end of our studies and the beginning of a new life for all of us. we are supposed to feel happy 。

on such a day as this, and we are supposed to be full of hope of the future. we all do feel these things, but we feel much more, too. there is a great feeling of sadness today as we realize that this is the last time that we will all be together as members of this school. however, the thing we feel most, i think, is our feeling of thanks. we have some idea of what you, our parents, have done for us, and we have some idea of all the efforts that you, our teachers, have made for us. no words can express how thankful we are to you on this day. we will always remember this day and we will remember you.

Tonight, moonlight, family reunion. The annual Mid-Autumn Festival is coming! In the evening, we gathered in the grandfather home for a month. After the grandmother's homemade delicacies and tastes, everyone is talking about watching TV in the living room. And our children are happily playing in the side, or playing electric. 最后，我们要回台北了，大家也各自返家，真期盼新年能快点到来
