一、要量化分数

确定自己应该能写到哪个档次的。水平。做到心中有数。从大小作文来看，“稳拿”的分数究竟在哪一个档次，在此基础上，能力范围之内再做提升。如果基础相对比较弱的同学，不要一味地追求高，难的写作风格，一不留神容易出错，适得其反。其中，针对所有学生的建议就是：小作文要做到：“简单”，不要特别复杂的词与句；“正确”，尽量做到不要出现错误就好，词汇的正确性，语法结构的正确使用都是很重要的；“清晰”，针对性的做到题干要求的一定要写到，最好做到在句与句之间的层次，逻辑以及条理清晰。而对于大作文，除了做到上面要的几点之外，就要求大家尽量学习一些词汇和句式都相对高级点的来做替换，在大作文上面尽量体现自己的语言水准。

二、量化文章的字数

考研英语的写作是有字数要求的，一般小作文100字，大作文，英语一的要求是200字，英语二的要求是160左右。一般建议大家可多不可少，但是字数多的话也要适度，超出要求范围20个字左右可以接受，要考虑到万一写太多，一是错误出现的概率比较大，二来对于阅卷老师来讲会觉得啰嗦，不能在规定的范围内完成思想的表达；三则会导致卷面留出来的写作空间不够大家发挥就更加麻烦了。那么常规来看，写三段，这就要求大家做到能量化在每一段能够写的字数范围大概在多少字。比如，如果是图画描述，最好能控制在50字左右，从句子的量化来看，差不到3-4句话，有长有短，可以保证在有限的字数之内规定应该能完成的任务要求。而对于最后的段落则是弹性相对比较大的，可根据前文的结构和字数来调整最后一段到底写多少是合适的，如果前文篇幅较长，后文则简单收尾，不必太细化。但是，如果前文相对内容有欠缺，字数太少，则可根据最后一段做弥补。

三、突击大作文第二段

从重要性来讲，还是从字数来讲都是考生最为关注的一段。也是用所谓的“模板”最少的一段，那么如果想做到有话可讲，则要尽可能细的列提纲，(考场上时间是不允许的)。所以在接下来不到一个月的复习过程当中，要尽量做到每写一篇大作文都要打草稿细化第二段的内容，做到结构合理，内容不重复，然后再在前期积累的基础上做到字词句的丰富化和多样化，最后又有亮点的体现，以保证作文能够在最后有一个很大的提升，争取取得比较满意的成绩！

特点1、重格式，不轻内容

应用文的大作文的一个很大区别就是重格式，规律性强。格式和套路不对，一般会给阅卷老师留下很不好的印象。例如：信件一般不需要题目，通知和告示却需要，如20xx年的题目Volunteers wanted。不只题目，还有客套话以及署名等。例如：公务信函中的称呼，一般而言，如果是不认识的人，称呼为敬词+尊称。例如，Dear Sir or Madam 或To whom it may concern;如果是写给关系正式的某团体中的具体人，称呼为敬词+尊称+名。例如，Dear Mr. xx或Dear Ms. xx;对于关系较亲密的人可以直呼其名(Dear)Peter等。这都是有规律可循的。

这里所谓的轻思想，主要是指因为100字的应用文，除去那些客套话，其实一般主体部分也就2-3个句子就可以解决。这么短的篇幅，是不可能要求思想性有多强。这点和大作文不一样，大作文中，如果你没有一定的思想深度，文章结构会很松散，让人感觉是句子的堆砌。而那种连贯性和衔接手法的应用也不会太准确。而小作文，我们要做到的只是注意用词语体以及语域的适当性，要点覆盖的全面性。

特点3、字数少，易得分

上面我们提到了，应用文的篇幅很短，这使得我们很容易得分。试想，如果想在阅读理解中得到10分，你需要在理解一篇500-600字的文章的基础上答对5道选择题。从这个角度而言，小作文的确是容易拿分的部分，应该成为考生提分的一个板块。

特点4、重套路，难发挥

应用文的这一个特点，仍然是和它的套路性、格式化有关。因此，我们更加需要用词的准确性。需要我们对于一些语言的语体特点(genre features)进行区分。以免让词汇的语体影响到准确性。写给机构的信函，应该避免使用太口语化的语言。例如是写给一个机构的申请信，而是写给友人的私人信件，那么在这两年的应用文写作中，就要求使用不同的语言。从称呼到正文部分，08年的文章用词都可以更口语化和随意一些。正因为这种套路的稳定性，对于同等基础的考生来讲，这部分很难达到技压群雄的效果，很难拉开和别人的距离。也就是说，对于所有的考生来说，得10分不容易，但是得2分甚至4分也很不容易。

至于复习方面呢？我就说说短时间里的作文突击训练吧！可分为两个方面来说：

第一就是背诵，无论你看多少东西如果记不住，在不去背诵那也是枉然。你可以选择历年真题的范文还有一些与真题作文相近的文章来背诵。但是背诵并不是让你把文章全部背诵下来，即使你能全部背诵下来脑袋里面装的也是乱七八糟的，我们可以选择一些精彩的句子和起画龙点睛的文笔！偶尔也可以拿一些外语原著名篇来读或背，这样可以加强自己的语感，让字的表达灵活话不会死板。

第二就是写了，只靠背诵而不去写，作用也不是很大，你也要写呀！用句俗话说就是“眼过千边不如手过一边”更何况好多单词你也不是很熟悉呀！况且作文也是要你写出来的。在背诵的基础上自己可以开始练习写。你可以随意的写，也可以有目的的写。或者给自己出一定什么范围的题目，试试写出来。注意要把握好框架和中心内容，不可以偏离主题哦！

我根据自己的理解和采纳了一些朋友的经验对考研作文的复习系统的分析了一下：

一背诵：选择历年真题的范文和一些与真题作文相近的文章狂背！背不能只是懵懂的瞎背，要有重点， 背文章框架、精彩句构和点睛的文笔，考研英语作文突击战。时而可以拿一些外语原著（散文）名篇来读背，加强自己的语感，使自己的表达地道化。

二写：光背是不行的，毕竟作文是要自己写出来的！在多读多背的基础上自己开始加强写的练习！写可以分两种：一是随意的瞎写，自己就身边的或者是突然想起了什么东西就拿笔写，这个可以不要结构什么的，就随意的表达！二是专门的选择话题正式的按要求作文，这时写前要考虑清楚，把握题意，构建文章框架，想一下自己背的东西哪些可以拿来用！

再者就是作文中应该注意的问题：

1、认真审题，确保作文切合题意，这一点的重要性我想就不用多讲了，跑题作文是拿不了高分的！拿到作文题目后，不要心慌，要有自信，相信你自己在做好了上面讲到的两个方面后对付它绝对没问题！不要急着写，先认真审题，弄清楚题目让你怎么来写！

2、作文结构要清晰！！逻辑上要有清晰的结构，让人一目了然！

3、开门见山！！！ 题目要求你写什么的，开篇就点题！

4、表达要流畅，考研英语《考研英语作文突击战》。可能一不小心紧张起来的时候感觉没话说，这时要尽量放松心情！从自己的日常生活中提取素材！

5、安全第一！不熟悉的句子结构不要用！不是十分清楚该怎么拼写的单词不要用！

7、注意卷面！！这也是我说过好几次让大家注意的问题，是很重要的，大家从心理角度去考虑便很清楚的可以理解了！

所谓的“礼貌原则”，就是指在小作文中要秉承礼貌的原则，尽量少用直白的、语气较强的词，如must,can等；而应该多用表示委婉的语气的词，如could,should和would等。如，在表达写作目的的时候可以说I would like to know……

（2）考研英语小作文注意事项之表述差异

这里主要指中英文在表达时间和地点的时候出现的差异。英文中时间和地点的表达顺序和汉语相反。汉语中在表述地点的时候，通常是从大到小，先写大地方，再写小地方；而英语则是恰恰相反，它是从小到大，即先写小地方，再写大地方。在描述时间的时候，中文的常见表达是“年，月，日”；而英文的常见方式是“月，日，年”。这常见于邀请信和通知中。二者的差异较大，小编建议大家千万不能忽视这些细节问题。

（3）考研英语小作文注意事项之不抄Direction

此外，另一个细节问题就是不能抄写direction中的句子，这只是出题人用于引导思维，指导写作的话。但我们在写作的时候可用其中的部分词或者是短语。小编认为，一个较为实用的方法，是对题目进行同义改写，既能拓展思路，也能丰富语言，得到高分。

（4）考研英语小作文注意事项之注意书信和通知格式不同

书信的格式包括称呼、正文、落款；而通知的格式则是：标题、正文和落款。由此，我们可以发现很容易把它们的格式弄混淆，二者的区别在于书信没有标题，通知有标题；书信有称呼，而通知没有。

（5）考研英语小作文注意事项之不使用缩写

考研英语的作文，不管是大作文还是小作文，从格式上说都属于正式语域。所谓的正式语域，也就是说语言的风格较为正式。既然如此，那作文就应该使用书面语言，而非口语。而且，不能单词不能出现缩写的形式，因为这不属于正式语域。
