现代化英语教学中，黑板已经不是传统意义上的黑板了。挂图、投影仪、多媒体等的加入，使得黑板的内容更加丰富。此次活动，老师们都运用了多媒体这现代的教学工具，以鲜艳的色彩、活动的图像和有声的对话，让教学内容更形象化，给人一种赏心悦目的感觉，创造了一个轻松愉快的学习氛围。

2.教师基本功扎实，充分调动学生的积极性

这3位教师口语流利，发音准确，全堂使用英语教学，整堂课轻松、活泼。教师都是借班上课，但师生配合程度丝毫没有受到影响。教师教态亲切，身体语言丰富，充分调动了学生的积极性。平时我们在这一方面做得不够好。因此，听课时我特别注意了各地老师不同的调动学生的方式。学生积极性调动起来以后，怎样保持下去也很重要。老师在每个教学环节中对孩子的要求一定要清楚明确，难易适中。只有孩子清楚的知道自己应该干什么时，才有可能干好这件事；而问题太难孩子会无从下手，太易又不用思考，这都会打击孩子的积极性。

5.注重基础，适当拓展延伸

这次听的课没有想象中那么花哨，更多的是注重课文，注重基础知识。在精讲精练课文基础知识的前提下，进行相应的拓展延伸。由于前面将基础知识都夯实了，后面的拓展学生进行起来也就得心应手。正是这种“磨刀不误砍柴工”的远见，提高了整节课的课堂效率。

通过这次听课，我看到了自己有很多不足，以及自己与其她教师的差距，同时我对自己也提出了很多问题去思考：怎样让自己的语言更优美？怎样让孩子喜欢英语课？怎样培养学生的能力？相信通过自己的不断努力，一定能不断进步。

这学期，我担任小学三年级英语教学工作。从各个方面培养孩子的英语学习兴趣，利用一切机会，锻炼孩子的听说能力。在完成教学任务的基础上的工作，拓展学生的知识面，以下是我一个学期的工作总结。

一、把握教材，掌握重点，突破难点。

冀教小学三年级英语共有九个单元，主要内容是：数字1到20，颜色，球类，水果，寝具，形容词，衣物，时间，餐具等这些内容都对孩子们来说是零散。

在课前加入Free Talk，每个星期一个谈论话题，锻炼学生的听力的同时，把零散的内容加以归整，做到语言的整合；加入比比读读和听写的游戏，把归类单词按照学生的记忆遗忘规律重复出现，淡化重点。把讲课的时间压缩到十分钟，把课堂真正的还给学生。引导学生在玩中学习，在学习中玩。

二、了解学生， 讲求方法，丰富课堂。

在教学过程中老师是教学的领导者和参与者。整个教学过程中由于学生的掌握情况不同，会出现了优差分层。不同学生的学习兴趣也不同，有的学生是视觉行的，喜欢通过优美的图片和实物来学习；有的学生是听觉型的，喜欢在有韵律的音乐中学习。因此对于相同内容，就需要设计不同的练习形式。目的是照顾更多的学生。

英语作为一门外语言，需要多应运。为此，早读时，我坚持到班了解早读情况。不放松属于自己英语课堂的每一分钟。

三、 多种评价，激趣乐学，自主学习。

运用多种评价方式，小组评价，合作小组自评；评价多种层面，学习效果的评价，学习态度的评价，学习方法的评价，合作能力的评价；评价多种技能，听，说，读，写。给学生一客观全方位的评价，让优等学生在看到自己成绩的同时感到自己的不足；让学困生在感到自己不足的同时看到自己的亮点，让每一个学生都有成功的机会。

四、大英语观，终身学习，天天受益。

英语的学习不是一朝一夕的事情，英语教师看到的应该是学生的终生发展。教学效果是我们所追求的，但不是我们唯一的追求。学生最终学会学习英语，能够持续的保持学习英语的兴趣，并且在以后离开学校时依然可以独立的进行学习，才是英语教育的最终的成功。

一个教师如果只注意自己教授的学科只能成为教书，而育人是最重要的。学生的学习品质，学生的人格情操，都是为人师者不容忽视的。在教授学生知识的同时引导学生做人，是英语课堂外的收获，更是学生天天收到的最大的益处。

诚然，工作中还存在着很多的失误，譬如，会因为某些学生的作业不好而迁怒其他学生，会因为没有达到自己理想的教学效果而不能及时的调空自己的情绪以至于影响教学的进程。相信还有许多的不足希望大家能给我宝贵的意见和建议。

今年我担任了高一年级的两个班的英语教学，非常努力地在教学。在不断地摸索和尝试新的教学模式中，我体会到了快乐和成就感。我还不断地学习别人的成功的方法，为自己所用。在不懈地努力当中，我也体会到了辛苦，要把基础不好的学生和讨厌英语的学生抓上去，是一件多么不容易的事情，真的好累啊。可是我既然选择了老师这个辛苦的职业，就要把它干好。下面是我的点滴体会。

1.今年的学生早上特别不爱读书，早读声音很小，虽然反复强调大声读书的好处，仍然效果不好。原因有很多，除了原来就没养成大声诵读的习惯外，就是不会读。学生的音标很差，没有几个人是完全掌握音标的。不会音标就不会读单词和课文，他们就靠写和看来学英语，那自然是一种低效率的学习方法。因此我认为必须把音标抓上去。让每个学生都可以独立自信的把新单词拼读出来。这是一个艰巨而漫长的任务，不是几节课就能解决的。这学期我在这方面下的功夫还不够。我准备下学期利用早读，一个学生一个学生过，争取让每个学生都能正确拼读单词。

2.学生的句子基础也很不好，容易忽视谓语动词的时态，人称和数的变化，容易写出没有任何限制的名词原型。不会灵活运用所学句型，容易出现汉味儿很重的句子。还容易缺少谓语动词。出现这些错误是很正常的，因为中国学生的英文环境很不够，加上学科众多，学习任务繁重，阅读英文的时间几乎没有。地道流畅的英文语感就很难培养起来。初中英语主要是死记硬背，学生并不理解句子中的细节。

所以我加大了句子的教授。平时我让学生多读课文，多背范文。并加强了句子的翻译和造句。尤其是重点单词，短语和句型，不仅多次进行翻译练习，还要学生自己想一个句子。我对学生的造句练习做的还很不够，总觉得浪费时间，其实学习就是一步一个脚印，就是要学会，如果光图快，学生就学不扎实，就容易丧失学习的积极性。

这就是我在教学中领悟的，主要是对下一步的提醒。希望下学期的我能够做的更细，做的更好。
